We accept returns only for damaged and defective products within 24 hours after delivery of order, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vrindavanemporium.com. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.

 

We are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items  in cases of defective or incorrect products.

 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
